My communication style is compassionate and assertive, while being a great listener, I use skills to create a safe environment that allows an individual to express their feelings, thoughts, and emotions.

My journey to mental healthcare

I stumbled into mental health helping a colleague and enjoyed every minute of it. While working in mental health, I was able to see individuals improve and thrive in lifestyles that are meaningful.

My goals for you

Setting goals is an effective way to increase motivation and create change. I approach goals by asking questions that will facilitate clear and achievable goals.

Our first session

During my first session, I will gather an in-depth H&P from my clients. I will establish a rapport with my clients as well as gain one another's trust. Together, we will establish a plan of care and goals.
