My approach
I believe that one size does not fit all, so my approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, a capacity for self awareness, freedom of choice and responsibility, person centered therapy with emphasis on unconditional positive regard which is therapy based on empathy, not contaminated by evaluation or judgement.
