I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts, concerns, and experiences openly. I believe that healing begins with trust, so I take the time to listen carefully, understand your perspective, ensure you feel heard.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into mental health care began with a deep curiosity about human resilience and a genuine desire to help others find hope during life's most difficult moments. Throughout my nursing career, I witnessed the profound connection between mental and physical health and saw how compassionate, evidence-based care could transform lives.

My goals for you

I believe that successful treatment begins with understanding what matters most to you. During our first sessions, we'll work together to identify your goals, whether that's reducing anxiety, improving your mood, increasing focus, strengthening relationships, sleeping better, or managing everyday stress more effectively.

Our first session

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and discuss what brought you to seek care. We'll review your current concerns, medical and mental health history, previous treatments, and your goals for therapy and medication management. It's completely normal to feel nervous, and there's no pressure to share everything once
