My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into psychiatry began with a deep curiosity about the human mind and a passion for understanding what shapes our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Early in my training, I was drawn to how mental health impacts every aspect of a person’s life, from relationships and work to physical wellbeing. Psychiatry allowed me to connect with people

My goals for you

My treatment goals include building self-confidence and healthier relationships. Creating a personalized plan for long-term mental wellness, which ultimately helps the clients feel more in control of their mental health and better equipped to manage life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and hope.

Your first session with me is all about getting to know you, your story, your goals, and what brought you to seek care. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing as much (or as little) as you’d like.
