I have experience treating individuals ages 18 and older. I treat clients battling depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and life-changing medical diagnoses. I have also helped individuals facing issues related to racial, ethnic, and gender discrimination.
My approach
My therapeutic approach draws on the fundamentals of CBT, DBT, IPI, MI, and solution-focused therapy. I believe that treatment methodologies are not one size fits all; however, my warmth and empathy are shared with everyone.
