Sessions feel conversational and safe, with space to process, reflect, and be challenged in a way that feels respectful, empowering, and aligned with your goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

Since high school, I’ve been driven to understand why people think and behave the way they do, which led me to become a counselor. After becoming a mama, I saw the need for safe spaces where mothers could process their feelings, and that inspired me to focus on perinatal mental health.

My goals for you

I help clients set clear, realistic goals and break them into manageable steps. Together, we track progress, adjust as needed, and build practical tools along the way. I combine reflection, skill-building, and accountability so you can create lasting change and feel more confident in your growth.

Our first session

Your first session is a relaxed, welcoming space to get to know you. We’ll discuss what’s bringing you in, your history, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen without judgment, and begin identifying goals so you leave feeling heard, supported, and clear on next steps.
