My communication style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves openly. I listen actively and with empathy, while also providing honest, constructive feedback when appropriate.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a provider was driven by a deep desire to support others through life’s challenges and to be a source of guidance during difficult times. Along the way, I developed a strong interest in understanding how our experiences—especially those involving stress and trauma—shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by first working collaboratively with them to identify what meaningful change looks like in their lives. Together, we establish realistic, measurable goals that align with their values and current needs.I break these goals down into manageable steps, helping clients stay focused and avoid feeling overwhelmed.

Our first session

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask about your current concerns, background, and what you hope to achieve, all at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We’ll begin identifying goals and talk about how I can best support you, so you leave the session feeling heard, supported, and clear
