If you struggle with self-worth, confidence, or unfulfilled relationships, we can explore this together to shift patterns and find internal healing.

I approach therapy as a collaborative relationship to move towards your goals. I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help you develop healthy coping skills like self-soothing, mindfulness, and distress tolerance. I also use Cognitive Behavior Therapy to identify and reframe negative thought patterns.
