My journey to mental healthcare

I am one of twelve children, raised by a single mother. Growing up, life was a challenge for me. However, I always found safety and comfort with the social workers who came into my life to help my family. Today, I am driven by the success rates of my clients. I enjoy helping people accomplish their goals to maintain safety and balance in life.

Goal setting is a collaborative task, with open communication, acceptance, and understanding.

Our first session

During the first session, clients can expect to share thoughts and feelings while learning my style of communication and rapport building. I often meet the client where he or she is and find it more inviting to discuss whatever the client is most comfortable discussing at that time.
