I offer online EMDR therapy for adults to help them process trauma/distressing experiences and the negative thoughts associated with them. I assist clients in addressing triggers, people-pleasing, perfectionism, codependency, and low self-esteem. I work with clients who are suffering from various issues.

My focus is on adult clients who desire peace and well-being by healing past or present experiences that cause them distress. I enjoy working with clients who have been in therapy multiple times or who are just starting therapy. I have a deep understanding of the effects of traumatic/distressing life experiences.
My approach
I am trauma-informed and focus on the negative self-beliefs and protective patterns that result from difficult experiences. My techniques go beyond talking or venting so that deeper, more profound healing can occur. I offer patience, warmth, acceptance, and a soft place to land as you dig deep to heal.
