I have worked in many different settings of mental health and substance use.

My focus

I work with adults and can address a wide range of mental health issues. I have the most experience in trauma and substance use disorders.

My approach

I use mainly CBT but pull from other modalities to best suit the needs of the client. I am also certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy.

My communication style

I work to make the environment therapeutic and get clients comfortable in the setting. I use a direct approach and inform them of what to expect in therapy.

I started working in mental health at a young age. I always knew this was how I wanted to help people.
