I communicate with warmth, openness, and compassion while creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space for healing and growth. My therapeutic style is collaborative, affirming, culturally sensitive, and grounded in emotional safety, authenticity, and respect for each client’s unique experiences.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to becoming a therapist through my passion for helping people heal, deepen emotional connection, and feel more empowered in their relationships and personal lives. I believe therapy can create meaningful transformation, self-understanding, and healthier ways of relating to ourselves and others.

My goals for you

I help clients set realistic, meaningful treatment goals through a collaborative and supportive process. Together, we identify patterns, strengthen communication, build coping skills, and address intimacy or relational concerns while creating practical steps toward healing, growth, and healthier connections.

Our first session

During our first session, we’ll discuss your concerns, goals, relationships, and overall emotional well-being in a supportive and nonjudgmental space. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and collaboratively begin creating a path toward healing, growth, and deeper connection. This session is meant to create and maintain safety.
