My communication style

My approach is gentle, kind, inviting, and nonjudgmental. I project love, acceptance, and forgiveness. When you meet me, you will feel at peace, like you have always known me. When you leave, you will feel inspired, encouraged, empowered, and like your burdens are gone.

My journey to mental healthcare

I felt called by God to become a therapist after raising my children. I wanted to spend the remainder of my life giving back and helping others achieve their goals. It has been an honor to serve my community. Everyone needs someone to listen and really get them.

My goals for you

I am client-centered with no agenda. I will ask you to tell me what your goals are. If you have no idea where to start, I can help you choose one area to focus on. You will begin to discover what you want to change in your marriage, career, relationships, finances, and family.

Our first session

I will explain how therapy works, and we will discuss your reasons for beginning this journey. Once we go over the methods we will use, I will do an assessment to find out your background history. This history will become a treatment plan to help us accomplish your goals.
