My approach to goal setting with patients includes helping patients’ understanding of their condition, empowering them to participate in treatment decision-making, decreasing the symptoms of their mental health condition, and improving their quality of life.

Establishing a therapeutic alliance with patients through active listening to patients without being judgmental, encouraging patients' participation in their treatments, incorporating patients’ preferences and values into their care, and providing expert guidance to patients.
