Developing honest rapport is key. My approach is gentle yet direct, with a soft and easygoing tone. My personality and techniques allow me to connect with ease. My goal is to provide a safe space to laugh, cry, and discover.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always gravitated toward helping professions, working as an EMT, in the beauty industry, and with domestic violence and sexual assault survivors. I wanted more time and freedom to walk alongside folks throughout their journey toward wellness.

My goals for you

My approach to goal setting is client-centered and gradual. After intake, we'll discuss specific goals and tailored objectives. Goals are revisited every 45 days or as needed.

Our first session

During intake, we'll discuss your journey to therapy and desired outcomes. I'll share my approach, techniques, and experience, and provide time for questions. We'll also cover scheduling, consent, confidentiality, and any agreements between us.
