Hi there, I'm Richard!

I go by Kyle. I help clients navigate stress and anxiety, addictions, LGBTQ+ issues, and grief and loss. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood and supported as we work through life's challenges together.

My focus

I work with clients facing stress, anxiety, addictions, LGBTQ+ concerns, grief, abandonment, attachment issues, body image struggles, caregiver stress, communication problems, divorce, guilt and shame, impulsivity, isolation, mood disorders, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress, self-love challenges, social anxiety, and workplace issues.

My approach

My approach is eclectic, drawing from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and internal family systems. I tailor interventions to your needs, using mindfulness for self-awareness, CBT for negative thoughts, DBT for emotional regulation, and other techniques for positive outcomes.
