My communication style is warm, respectful, and straightforward. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where questions are welcome and concerns are taken seriously. I believe in clear explanations, shared decision-making, and open, honest communication throughout treatment.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a provider was shaped by a passion for women’s mental health and a desire to offer care that feels thoughtful and validating. With training in both psychiatry and women’s health, I was drawn to a whole-person approach that honors each patient’s experiences, goals, and life stage.

My goals for you

I help clients set clear, realistic goals based on what matters most to them. We track progress together, adjust treatment as needed, and focus on practical steps that support lasting change. I emphasize education, collaboration, and flexibility so patients feel empowered, informed, and confident in their care.

Our first session

The first session is a comprehensive, supportive conversation lasting about 60–75 minutes so I can truly get to know you. We’ll review your history, symptoms, and goals, discuss treatment options, and create an initial plan together. My priority is helping you feel comfortable, heard, and informed.
