Hi there, I'm Brittanney!

Mental health isn't one-size-fits-all - and neither is treatment. I help clients untangle the "why" behind anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and neurodivergence, using thoughtful medication management and a collaborative approach to help you feel more like yourself. Please note: At this time, I do not prescribe controlled medications.

My focus

I enjoy working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related conditions, autism, or other forms of neurodivergence. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning people who have spent years wondering why they struggle. Together, we'll create a plan that supports meaningful, lasting improvement.

My approach

I believe the best treatment begins with curiosity. Rather than simply treating symptoms, I look at the whole picture - your history, strengths, lifestyle, and goals - to develop an individualized plan. Medication is one tool, not the entire solution.
