I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore and discuss their current challenges and concerns. Therapy with me feels like a conversation with someone you trust, who wants you to be successful.

My journey to mental healthcare

It is an honor to have the trust and confidence of clients. I've always known that I would choose a career that would allow me to support others. I have suffered tragedies within my own family and know firsthand that life can present difficult challenges. We all need support and encouragement in difficult times.

My goals for you

Goal setting is a collaborative approach between the therapist and the client. I listen to your challenges, concerns, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We set goals based on those conversations.
