Hi there, I'm Courtney!

I created this practice to help people during their dark times and encourage them to pass the light to others. By using the knowledge and techniques I've gained, I will help guide you to find your light again. I have diverse experience across community mental health, crisis, inpatient psychiatric therapy, and more.

My focus

I work with clients facing suicide prevention, self-harm, personality disorders, mood disorders, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma, ADD/ADHD, psychosis, anger management, stress, relationship issues, sex therapy, family conflict, and those coping with re-entering the community.

My approach

I treat my clients with empathy, sincerity, and respect, and strive to empower you to find your way towards recovery. I typically use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, and Strength-based approaches to help you process your struggles.
