My communication style is warm, open, and compassionate. I listen deeply, using intuition and awareness of body language and energy to connect with what may be beneath the words. I create a space where you can be hones, feel heard, and explore without judgment.

My journey to mental healthcare

My own life has shaped the way I show up as a therapist. Growing up in Mizoram, India, and later living in Canada and the US, I experienced the richness and challenges of navigating different cultures. These experiences deepened my understanding of resilience, connection, belonging, identity, and the importance of being truly seen and heard to heal

We'll work together to understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and identify what you want to change. I'll help you build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and create meaningful steps toward the life and relationships you want.

Our first session

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to share what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about your concerns, your goals, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There's no need to have everything figure out - we'll begin where you are.
