I am flexible and somewhat direct in my therapy. I have worked with a variety of clients, including chronic severe mental illnesses and inpatient/outpatient settings. I enjoy guiding people to develop insights into their situations and lifestyle patterns, as well as empowering them to see their strengths and courage.
