I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked in the mental health field for more than 12 years. My approach in working with clients is compassionate, understanding, and solution-oriented. My experience over the years includes teens, adults, women, and men's issues, LGBTQ matters, ADHD, and Addictions.

During my mental health career, I've had the opportunity to provide compassionate care for individuals, couples, and families who have faced anxiety, depression, marital difficulties, academic and work stress, as well as anger management and substance abuse issues.
My approach
My experience with therapeutic approaches includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Compassionate and Solution Focused, DBT, as well as Person-Centered Approach and Addictions. However, each client's needs are different, and I work alongside the client to determine their specific goals and desires for therapy.
