My communication style

My communication style within the session is aimed at creating a relaxed, safe, exploratory environment where we can ponder and plan together. Although I am a Professional, trained in the Ways of Change, I work to cultivate a casual space where we can venture into the difficult places.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have been fascinated with Change for many years prior to becoming a Provider! I completed my first Internship at a local 6-month substance abuse facility in Graduate School (2016). After receiving my Master's, I began working in Community Mental Health for 3 years. I became fully licensed in 2020, and have been in Private Practice ever since!

My goals for you

Some Clients have a clear vision of their goals, some may need a little help shaping their goals. I love to work with both! I believe my Clients are ultimately the ones who determine if we are making progress or not. If not, it's up to me to adjust and find new ways to make progress!

Our first session

For many, the first session as a Client can be anxiety-provoking. I strive to make our first meeting feel safe and comfortable before we delve into the depths of the situation. But if we're ready for a deep dive right away, I'm also ready!
