Hi there, I'm Kimberly!

I work with adult clients seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions in a warm, affirming space.

My focus

The majority of my experience has been with adults (of all ages - 18 to 88!) who experience anxiety, depression, PTSD, dissociation, and adjustment to life changes. I have worked extensively with neurodivergent adults, LGBTQIA+ adults, and disabled adults, providing affirming care.

My approach

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, as there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing. I often work from a family systems perspective, as our families, friends, partners, and colleagues shape who we are. I see people as an ever-growing accumulation of internal and external experiences.
