My communication style is direct but always grounded in compassion. I believe in being authentic and honest, especially when supporting your growth and helping you stay aligned with your goals. I aim to be gentle and nonjudgmental, meeting you where you are.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist was shaped by navigating difficult times with limited support. I know what it's like to feel hopeless, isolated, or unsure of where to turn. I've always been passionate about people—their stories, struggles, and the incredible strength it takes just to keep going.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by staying collaborative, curious, and focused on what matters most to them. We'll get clear on what you want to change or understand better. I'll support you in identifying patterns, developing skills, and taking meaningful steps forward.

Our first session

In our first session, my main goal is to get to know you as a person. We'll talk about what's bringing you to counseling, what you hope to get out of it, and what's most important to you. I'll ask about your interests, values, and anything you feel comfortable sharing.
