My communication style

I prioritize open communication creating a supportive, non-judgmental space. You can expect me to maintain a calming space during times of elevation with moments of challenging. My style is to meet you were you are and guide you to where you want to be.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began as a life survivalist which developed into curiosity of the human mind and behavior. From there, I found my passion in helping others find light at the end of the tunnel and healing despite adversity faced. I am driven by the idea that everyone possesses more internal strength than they realize.

My goals for you

Early in our relationship, we will work together to identify changes you want to make in your life. However, as we work together, there may be a shift in YOUR goals. This is normal as you gain more clarity and insight. We will work together to modify your treatment goals to ensure I am able to support you in a meaningful manner.

Our first session

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and to discuss what has brought you to therapy. It is normal to experience a bit of hesitancy or nervousness. Rest assured, we will move at a pace that you are comfortable with. It is a process. We will take one step at a time. I will be there to guide you safely.
