My communication style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. I value open, honest communication and provide direct yet empathetic feedback, helping clients gain insight, build confidence, and work toward their goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for counseling comes from a deep commitment to helping others heal, grow, and thrive. With over 15 years of experience in mental health, I have witnessed the power of support, resilience, and connection. I became a provider to help individuals and families navigate challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.

My goals for you

I help clients identify barriers, build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful change. Through a supportive, culturally responsive approach, I empower individuals and families to manage challenges, strengthen relationships, improve emotional wellness, and achieve their personal, academic, and professional goals.

Our first session

Clients can expect a collaborative partnership between them and me. The initial session will be an introduction, during which we will discuss current issues and goals that you want to work towards. We will also discuss expectations. Our follow-up session will focus on completing the identified goal(s).
