In sessions, I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where patients feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. My tone is calm, firm, compassionate, and collaborative—I want you to feel like we’re working together as partners in your care.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to mental healthcare by a deep desire to help people feel seen, heard, and supported during some of the most challenging times in their lives. I’ve always believed in the power of listening, connection, and healing, and mental health felt like the place where those values come to life.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting as a collaborative and flexible process, guided by each patient’s unique values, strengths, and priorities. Together, we identify what meaningful change looks like—whether it's improving mood, reducing anxiety, building routines, or strengthening relationships—and break that down into realistic, achievable steps.

Our first session

During a first session with me, patients can expect a welcoming, supportive space focused on understanding their concerns, history, and goals. We'll review your mental health background, current symptoms, medical history, and any past treatments. I’ll ask questions to get a full picture of your experiences and needs.
