My communication style

I'm direct while also being compassionate. I want you to feel safe and supported, knowing you can be your true self and as quirky and unconventional as you are with no judgments. I'll be your confidant while also challenging you in ways that push you to grow.

My journey to mental healthcare

I started my interest in therapy as a secretary in a middle school counseling office. From there, I transitioned into community mental health and hospital work. I opened my first practice in 2016 and have since worked in both individual/solo and group practice.

My goals for you

Every client is different, and it usually takes a few sessions for us to start seeing real progress, but there does come a point where clients reach the goal of completing therapy.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll get to know each other and go over your wants and needs for therapy. We'll come up with a plan together and goals based on what you're struggling with and the strengths you bring to the table.
