Hi there, I'm Amanda!

Are you tired of feeling like you're dealing with your emotions on your own? Having a hard time finding a therapist that “gets it?” Well, look no further! You’ve found someone who’s ready to show up and get stuff done!

My focus

I work with my specialty populations because I have a personal connection to all of them. I’m a bariatric and chronic illness patient. I am a proud mom to adult non-binary and neurodivergent kiddos. I am also not attached to any religious beliefs.

My approach

Laughter truly is the best medicine, and I'm here to provide ample doses. I pull from different treatment methods because therapy should fit you. Figuring out your strengths and needs is a priority for me, so let's do that together.
