My focus
My clients are adults who seek assistance with sexual difficulties, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, chronic health conditions, neurodivergence, and concerns specific to the LGBTQ+ community.
My approach
Meeting my clients where they are is the best way to describe my treatment approach. In doing so, I am able to tailor treatment to meet each individual's unique needs. My preferred treatment modality is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
