My communication style is compassionate yet straightforward. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel both supported and gently challenged to grow. I listen deeply, reflect back what I hear, and offer clear insights to help clients gain perspective.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into counseling comes from a personal place. Having lived through trauma myself, I know what it feels like to carry pain and still hope for healing. That experience led me to dedicate my life to helping others activate their own healing and discover the strength within them.

My goals for you

I work collaboratively with my clients to identify what truly matters to them—whether it’s finding relief from anxiety, healing from past trauma, improving relationships, or creating more balance in life. Together, we break those big goals into clear, realistic steps.

Our first session

Our first session is mostly about getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. I’ll take time to listen, learn about your concerns, and ask questions to get a full picture of your needs.
