I enjoy working with clients who are facing problems with infertility, women's issues, or loss of a child. Previously, I have worked with a variety of clients, but decided to focus solely on women's health after experiencing my own miscarriage and subsequent infertility issues.

My journey to mental healthcare

After experiencing my own infertility and pregnancy issues, I found there was a lack of resources for this particular niche. I wanted to be an advocate for families who face these issues. Infertility can be isolating, and I want my clients to have a safe avenue to discuss their fears and frustrations in a therapeutic way.

My goals for you

One of the very first questions I ask is, 'What are your goals for therapy'? Then the client and I will work together to put together a treatment plan. Throughout the session, the client and I will discuss the effectiveness of the treatment plan and will update it accordingly.

Our first session

During the first session, I ask questions- LOTS of questions! The purpose behind this is to get a comprehensive view of the client's past and current lifestyle so we can create an effective treatment plan.
