In my sessions, I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where clients feel safe, heard, and respected. I approach therapy with empathy, curiosity, and a genuine desire to understand each client’s unique experiences and perspectives.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to a career as a therapist by a deep desire to support others in navigating life’s challenges and finding their inner strength. I’ve always been fascinated by the resilience of the human mind and the power of connection and growth that comes through understanding and self-awareness.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting collaboratively, ensuring that the goals are meaningful, realistic, and aligned with the client’s values and priorities. During our sessions, we explore what the client wants to achieve, both in therapy and in their broader life, and break those goals into manageable steps.

Our first session

During the first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where we begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. The session typically focuses on getting to know you, understanding your reasons for seeking therapy, and discussing your goals and expectations.
