My journey into mental health was shaped by a passion for helping people heal, grow, and feel understood. I was drawn to this field by a desire to support others through life's challenges and emotional struggles. As a therapist, I am committed to providing compassionate care that helps clients build resilience and create meaningful change.

I help clients clarify what they want to change and break those goals into manageable, realistic steps. Together we identify patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and track progress over time. My role is to guide, support, and challenge clients in ways that help them create lasting, meaningful change.
