Hi there, I'm Hope!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been providing counsel to adults, adolescents, couples, and groups of individuals since 2016, and I absolutely enjoy it. It is a privilege to be able to work with individuals and help them move towards a more successful, fulfilling, enjoyable, confident, and productive future.

My focus

Clients that I typically work with include the following: adolescents, adults, couples, and groups of individuals of all races, backgrounds, and ethnicities. I work with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, issues surrounding a lack of self-esteem, relationship issues, communication struggles, and so forth.

My approach

I currently utilize the following therapeutic approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused CBT. I incorporate the Person-Centered/Client-Centered approach with each of my clients.
