Hi there, I'm Hope!

Thank you for taking the time to connect with me. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and groups, and I absolutely enjoy it. It is a privilege to help individuals move towards a more successful, fulfilling, confident, and productive future.

My focus

I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and groups of all backgrounds. I help individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, relationship issues, and communication struggles. I feel comfortable working with anyone willing to be open, honest, and ready to work together as a team.

My approach

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused CBT. I incorporate a Person-Centered approach with each client, meeting you where you are and tailoring our work to your unique needs and goals.
