Hi there, I'm Adaobi!

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience working with survivors of trauma, cross-culturally with immigrant populations. I believe that we all have the internal strengths to overcome whatever life throws our way. As such, I work from a strengths-based model while also incorporating a multicultural lens.

My focus

I look forward to working with individuals who are ready for change but may be worried or afraid to take that first step. My goal is to explore your fears and empower you to feel confident in putting your well-being first. Therapy is definitely difficult, and it can also be incredibly rewarding and fulfilling.

My approach

When working with clients, we will focus on discovering and enhancing internal strengths, empowering you to be your best self and live more authentically. I work from a strengths-based and client-centered approach, meeting clients where they are while also empowering them to make the changes needed for effective functioning.
