Hi there, I'm Hope!

I am looking forward to serving you. I believe that we are all experts on ourselves and I am here to help guide you. I take a conversational approach to therapy and you will find that I am warm and welcoming. I like to find patterns of behavior and help work through those patterns to help you reach your potential.

My focus

Given that I have 20 years of education, I have a strong basis in child and adolescent therapy. I also have years of experience working with adults, couples, and families. I like to work with motivational clients who are seeking a change in behavior. I find that if therapy is forced, it can often hinder growth.

My approach

I am a conversational therapist. I believe that you are your own expert and I am here to guide you. I listen for unhealthy patterns of behavior. My wheelhouses include DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, Brief therapy, and family systems. I have been known to pull from others as well.
