Hi there, I'm Hope!

I take a conversational approach to therapy and you'll find me warm and welcoming. I help identify patterns of behavior and work through them so you can reach your potential. I focus on anxiety, stress, anger, depression, self-esteem, self-advocacy, trauma, self-harm, and creating a game plan for your life.

My focus

I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families seeking change. I live for the "ah ha" moments when you realize something new—a pattern that needs changing, a link between current thoughts and past trauma, or a catalyst for growth. I work best with life transitions, stress, interpersonal awareness, and finding joy.

My approach

I believe you are your own expert and I'm here to guide you. I listen for unhealthy patterns of behavior and draw from DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, brief therapy, and family systems. My goal is to help you reach your potential and uncover conscious and unconscious reasons you may feel stuck in your growth.
