I focus on anxiety, stress, anger, depression, self-esteem, self-advocacy, trauma, self-harm, and creating a game plan for your life.

I live for the "ah ha" moments when you realize something new—a pattern that needs changing, a link between current thoughts and past trauma, or a catalyst for growth. I work best with life transitions, stress, interpersonal awareness, and finding joy.
