I work with individuals and families facing depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, and family conflict. I have experience serving HIV, LGBTQ, military, and veteran communities. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore personal growth at your own pace.

I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, family conflict, identity exploration, chronic illness, and more. I welcome LGBTQIA+ individuals, military members, and those facing cultural or racial stress.
