My focus
I specialize in working with adults and older adults dealing with depression, anxiety, life transitions, caregiving, chronic illness or chronic pain, isolation, grief, or generally feeling stuck. I'm passionate about helping clients who feel overwhelmed and are looking to improve their coping mechanisms.

I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with a strengths-based, humanistic approach. I create a safe and supportive environment where you can navigate life's transitions using mindfulness, self-compassion, and values-driven action.
