Starting therapy can feel scary and overwhelming, so we'll start where you are and work together to determine what therapy looks like for you. I specialize in working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life circumstances. My goal is to be a safe, culturally competent source of support.

I work with people struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, and coping skills. It's my job to help identify your needs and adapt my practice to help you meet them. Eventually, I believe you'll learn the skills to meet your own needs.
My approach
I believe the first job in therapy is figuring out what type of therapy works best for you. I tend to rely on cognitive-behavioral approaches because I believe it's important to help you purposely define your narrative, rather than allowing trauma, pain, and anxiety to distort how you talk to and view yourself.
