I have experience working with individuals ranging in age from teens to adults experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, anger, and stress.
My approach
I use two approaches to therapy. To provide a space where you are the focus and are experiencing me in a genuine way, I use Person-Centered Therapy. I also use Cognitive Behavior Therapy to assist you in understanding the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behavior, and their impact on your symptoms.
