Hi there, I'm Diane!

I bring a love for learning and exploring, combined with a steadfast belief in not only the ability but the right of people to grow and heal. I find this work exciting and rewarding, and I look forward to a collaboration based on who you are and what you need.

My focus

I have extensive experience working with adults carrying the burdens of severe childhood emotional, physical, and sexual trauma. I employ Internal Family Systems parts work and Strength-based therapy, addressing limiting or negative core beliefs that keep us stuck while developing positive options.

My approach

I use techniques from multiple therapeutic modalities and prefer to be client-led because I believe you are the expert on you. My job is to develop a trusting relationship, listen deeply, and reflect with you, encouraging and guiding you to reach your goals.
