I like to describe a therapy session as a situation where I, the therapist, am a copilot to my client, who is the pilot and takes on leadership in the course of our journey. As a copilot, I have the maps and directions. I am here to support my clients in making the best decisions and walking the path to achieving their goals.

My approach
As much as I have expertise and love for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I do also believe in an eclectic approach to therapy, as I believe that no 2 situation is the same. Just like life, there is no template for the issues that we may face in life, and the solutions are sorted based on what we may be facing.
