I have a warm, supportive, and empathetic communication style. I focus on active listening and work to develop a strong rapport with every client I treat.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became passionate about mental health early on and knew I wanted to break the stigma surrounding mental health issues. I believe if you have a brain, you have mental health, and you should care for it just as you would any other part of your body. I want to be the therapist I would want for myself and my loved ones.

My goals for you

I like to be solution-focused and guide you in setting attainable goals. I focus on smaller goals that will ultimately lead to longer, lasting change.

Our first session

During the first session, I'll ask questions to get to know you and your mental health concerns. I want to get the best picture of your experiences. Together, we'll identify goals for your treatment and decide where to start working toward improving your mental health wellness.
