My communication style

You can expect open, honest communication from me and a space where you never have to worry about being judged. I listen closely, and I will always make room for you to reflect and process at your own pace, because this is your experience, and I'm here as your partner in it.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path into psychiatric care grew directly out of my work as an FNP. Time and again, I saw how closely mental and physical health were connected; a patient's chronic pain tangled up with depression. Treating the body without addressing the mind, or the mind without understanding the body, only ever told half the story.

My goals for you

My goal is simple: to see you, not just a diagnosis, and to walk alongside you with care that treats your mind and body as connected, because they are. We will work through it together, one step at a time, toward real and lasting wellness.

Our first session

Your first session is about getting to know each other. There's no pressure to have everything figured out or to explain things perfectly. I will guide the conversation with questions about what has been going on, your history, and what brought you in. We'll talk through your symptoms, your goals, and any past treatment or medications.
