My communication style

I prioritize warm, honest and direct communication. I will not sugarcoat things or tell you what you want to hear just to make you feel better. I offer thoughtful, straightforward feedback while creating space for you to always feel respected, understood and supported as we work through difficult or uncomfortable topics together.

My journey to mental healthcare

Like every human, I have a story of trials and triumphs. Achieving the triumphs and seeing others struggle to achieve their own motivated me to get into this work. I have done this work, it was hard but so worth it. I genuinely love to witness people growing and winning.

My goals for you

We will be working together to achieve your goals but it’s all up to you if the goals are achieved. My help will look like providing the skills, insights, homework, the space to process and most importantly, the accountability. I will work as hard as you’re willing to.

Our first session

Our first session together will be like 2 people meeting at a warm, relaxing coffee shop lol. In other words, I want to understand your goals, your fears, your joys and whatever else you would like to tell me. We will explore mostly what brings you to therapy and feel free to bring your coffee or tea.
