My priority is to meet your therapeutic needs within a safe, non-judgmental, and caring environment. I sincerely want to help you win in life as you learn to navigate through the challenges you face. You're a Divine Design who was created to thrive and not just survive. As we partner together, you can find a place of wholeness and peace.

My journey to mental healthcare

Being a therapist isn't work to me, it's a calling. I was born to do this. I've been known my entire life as the one that others come to for counsel, even as a child. So, I didn't choose it, but it actually chose me. It's not just what I do, but it's who I am. I love it, and it fulfills me.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting with a collaborative mindset. I will help you identify your goals and what you want to work on in therapy. I will provide you with the necessary tools to help you achieve your goals.

Our first session

I want you to relax and know that you are in a safe, laid-back environment. We will explore your background and social history along with your current concerns. This helps me to better understand you and your needs and wants from a larger perspective. It also provides insight to better understand what problems you're facing.
