My desire and passion are to help my clients gain a healthy perspective on their lives and who they are by using a holistic approach to counseling and a Christ-centered approach to those who request it.

My focus

I am passionate about helping people overcome personal struggles such as self-esteem, depression, anxiety, fear, self-worth, and body image. I work with people ages 10+ who struggle with family issues, behavioral issues, life transitions, women's issues, ADD/ADHD, and trauma to gain inner healing.

I use a holistic approach to counseling and offer a Christ-centered approach to those who request it. My goal is to help you gain a healthy perspective on your life and who you are, supporting you in finding clarity and strength.

My journey to mental healthcare

Once I overcame various battles of my own, my heart has been to walk alongside someone who may be facing difficulties in their life, whether that be mental, emotional, or spiritual, and offer support. I desire to show others that they, too, can overcome, heal, and recognize their strength.

My approach to goal setting with clients is simply asking them what they hope to gain from their therapy journey, and then working towards putting together a plan to reach those goals in an achievable way.
