My journey to mental healthcare

My path into social work began with a desire to address social justice gaps in my community. Working with children in foster care during my training showed me the profound impact therapists can have in helping people find resilience and strength during life's hardest moments.

Our first session

In our first session, I'll introduce myself and explain how our time together will be structured. We'll review expectations together, and I'll begin a clinical assessment through casual conversation and direct questions to understand what brings you here.
